Corthell Dairy Barn This condition assessment of an historic early 20th century landmark was conducted by Stateline Architects with funding assistance from The Alliance for Historic Wyoming. Documentation and assessment of the existing conditions was done primarily on site through extensive field verification, measurements, and photographs. The information gathered was translated into a detailed written summary which includes the following; building history, code and zoning information, a detailed summary of building conditions, identification of building deficiencies, their severity, cost of repair work, an image gallery, measured drawings of existing conditions, schematic plan diagrams, and a separate structural report. The resulting document provides the building owner with an understanding of the existing conditions and the ability to evaluate the feasibility of the project moving forward.
